Today's experiment: 

Somebody's successful example is so appealing to follow. That's absolutely true. Any change in life is easier to undertake when you are impressed by the actions of somebody really strong-willed, determined and absolutely special in your opinion. So why not to do the same and to be the same brave? 
Take your Diary (or do it online), think it over thoroughly and make a list of at least 3 movies and 3 books that inspire and charge you with energy, make you reconsider your life, strive for changes and move towards them. If you can’t come up with any, ask your best friends for advice. Today you will watch one of the movies to make your motivation for changes stronger. You can do it with your friends sipping delicious wine (or treating yourself with something you really enjoy). Every time when you feel that your energy stores are close to run out, watch or read one of the items of your motivation list.

While and after watching or reading think what inspired you in the characters of the movie, what are the qualities that help them to overcome difficulties, look charismatic, be great leaders, achieve success. The process of analysis is an essential part of this experiment.
